How creators get paid on Microspire

On Microspire, creator pay is tied to a gig. The brand writes the pay into the brief. You see it before you apply. You are paid for the approved deliverable, not for having a large following.

What you agree to

The gig states the work: the video, the timing, and any extra requirements. Apply only if you can deliver that. If the scope changes after you are hired, that is a different agreement than the one you accepted.

Brands review the submission. Payment follows approval of the work described in the gig. A profile, a message thread, or an unfinished application is not a payout.

How to be ready to get hired
