1. Using Microspire
Microspire is a marketplace that connects brands with creators to produce short-form video content. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform honestly and in accordance with these terms.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. Brands and creators may not misrepresent who they are or what they're offering.
3. Gigs, applications & payment
Brands post briefs and pay for approved deliverables. Creators apply or accept invitations, deliver content that matches the brief, and are paid once the work is approved. Payment terms and processing details will be provided at checkout.
4. Content & licensing
Creators retain ownership of content they produce unless a separate licensing agreement with a brand states otherwise. Brands are granted the usage rights described in the specific gig listing.
5. Prohibited conduct
Circumventing the platform to avoid fees, posting misleading briefs, submitting plagiarized content, or harassing another user are all prohibited and may result in account suspension.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Microspire after a change means you accept the updated terms.
